Due to the hotel’s catering policy, we can accept bank transfer or credit card prepaid bookings only.

Jessie Chau is a Chartered Accountant who worked with one of the big four accounting firms before moving into management roles within the funds management industry. In the last 11 years, Jessie has focused on the development of her own business ventures in the hospitality and entertainment industries.
Together with her husband Terence and the support of business partners, she founded – and continues to own and manage – nine successful restaurant and entertainment venues. Some are award winners and many are recognised as market leaders in the industry.
Jesse and her husband own and operate eight successful Sydney restaurants, including: The Eight; Zilver Chinatown; Zilver Bondi Junction; Umi Sushi and Udon, Mizuya; as well as two karaoke bars – Dynasty and The Square Karaoke.
Jessie is also a partner in two well-known Chinese restaurants in Haymarket – Zilver (500 seats) and The Eight Modern Chinese Restaurant (600 seats).
As a successful businesswoman, Jessie is also socially responsible and has dedicated 11 years to charitable work with a recognised woman’s organisation – Way In Network, where she is the current vice-president.
In 2015, Jessie was included in the list of prestigious Top 10 Outstanding Young Cantonese at the 2nd Global Conference of the Cantonese held in Zhuhai, China.
